BASL Celebrates International Women’s Day 2025, Reaffirms Commitment to Gender Equality

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), operators of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2), has joined the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day 2025, embracing this year’s theme, “Accelerate Action.”
In a statement marking the occasion, BASL reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to gender equality, highlighting the strides it has made in empowering women within the aviation industry and beyond.

Speaking on the significance of this year’s theme, Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi, Head of Corporate Communications at BASL, emphasised the need to move beyond discussions and take concrete actions that dismantle barriers to female advancement.

As part of the celebration, prominent female executives at BASL, including Bisola Ademola-Davies (Airline Manager), Nafisat Adeniran (Head, Safety), Monica Oguta (Head, AVSEC), Ifeoma Azubuike (Customer Care Supervisor), Feyikemi Fadebiyi (Head, Human Resources and Admin), and Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi (Head, Corporate Communications), were recognised for their invaluable contributions to the success of MMA2 and the aviation sector.
