Air Peace Adds Complimentary Airport Transfers to London Premium Travel Package
Air Peace has expanded the benefits attached to its premium London services with a complimentary airport pick-up facility for eligible First Class and Business Class passengers, giving travellers access to ground transfers before departure and after arrival.
The airline said the new service, introduced in partnership with SIMPLAA, was designed to provide a more seamless journey for premium passengers by linking their airport transportation with their air travel experience.
The initiative covers passengers travelling through Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria and London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports in the United Kingdom.
It complements the complimentary airport drop-off service already offered by Air Peace, effectively giving eligible passengers access to transportation both to and from the airport.
The development means qualifying premium passengers can arrange for a vehicle to pick them up from their homes, offices or other preferred locations and take them to the airport before their flights.
On arrival, the service also provides onward transportation from the airport to a passenger’s preferred destination, subject to the applicable distance limits.
Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Nowel Ngala, said the expansion formed part of the airline’s broader efforts to improve customer experience.
“At Air Peace, we remain committed to continuously improving the travel experience for our customers. The addition of the complimentary pick-up service reflects our dedication to providing comfort, convenience and world-class service beyond the flight itself,” he said.
Ngala said the collaboration with SIMPLAA was intended to make the passenger journey more integrated, adding: “Through our partnership with SIMPLAA, we are creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination.”

The complimentary transfer comes with different distance allowances depending on the passenger’s cabin class and location.
For First Class passengers travelling through Heathrow or Gatwick, Air Peace provides complimentary transfers covering distances of up to 70 miles.
Business Class passengers travelling through the two London airports are eligible for transfers covering up to 60 miles.
In Nigeria, eligible passengers travelling through Abuja can access complimentary transfers covering distances of up to 60 kilometres, while passengers using Lagos are covered for journeys of up to 40 kilometres.
Air Peace said the service would be available to passengers travelling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026.
Qualifying passengers are expected to receive email notifications containing a link to activate their rides.
Through the link, passengers can confirm their pick-up and drop-off locations and make the necessary arrangements for their airport transfers.
The airline said the arrangement was aimed at making the process convenient and hassle-free, particularly for passengers travelling on its international routes.
The introduction of the complimentary pick-up service adds another layer to Air Peace’s premium travel proposition at a time when airlines are increasingly competing on services that extend beyond the aircraft.
For international passengers, airport transfers can represent a significant part of the overall travel experience, particularly in major cities where airport journeys can involve considerable distances and traffic.
By incorporating complimentary transfers into its premium offering, Air Peace is seeking to reduce some of the logistical challenges associated with getting to and from the airport for eligible travellers.
The service also gives the airline an opportunity to provide a more consistent customer experience across its Nigeria-United Kingdom operations, with Lagos and Abuja linked to Heathrow and Gatwick under the arrangement.
Air Peace continues to develop its international network as part of its strategy to strengthen Nigeria’s connectivity with major global destinations.
The airline operates domestic, regional and international services and has established connections across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
Its fleet comprises Boeing 777s, Boeing 737-700s, Boeing 737-800s, Embraer aircraft and other next-generation equipment.
The carrier has also positioned its international operations as part of efforts to enhance Nigeria’s aviation connectivity, facilitate business and tourism and support the country’s wider economic links with international markets.
Customers can purchase Air Peace tickets through the airline’s website and mobile application, accredited travel agencies and major booking platforms worldwide.
With the latest initiative, eligible First Class and Business Class passengers on London routes will have access to a broader travel package in which the journey begins at their chosen pick-up location and continues through the airport to their final destination.
