Air Peace Unveils Bespoke Customer Experience Representative Service Across Domestic Routes

Air Peace, West and Central Africa’s largest carrier, has launched a bespoke Customer Experience Representative (CXR) initiative across its domestic network, reaffirming its commitment to delivering personalised and passenger-centred service.
The new service, announced today, is designed to provide Business Class travellers and loyalty programme members with dedicated travel chaperones who will offer hands-on assistance from the point of booking until arrival at their final destination.
According to the airline, the specially trained CXRs will serve as personal travel companions, ensuring that passengers enjoy a seamless, convenient and memorable journey.
Their responsibilities include initiating courtesy calls to guide customers through travel procedures prior to departure, assisting with check-in and boarding at the airport, and keeping travellers informed of any updates or changes to itineraries.
The representatives will also attend to customer concerns, escalate matters when necessary for swift resolution, and provide thoughtful touches such as refreshment assistance and entertainment guidance. Air Peace said the initiative reflects its trademark values of warmth, efficiency and professionalism.
“This development demonstrates our unwavering commitment to elevating service delivery through tailored engagement that goes beyond the traditional flying experience,” the airline noted in a statement.
The CXR launch is the latest addition to Air Peace’s growing suite of travel innovations. In recent years, the airline has rolled out flexible ticket payment options through its Pay Small Small scheme, introduced robust travel insurance packages, and established hospitality and mobility partnerships aimed at ensuring door-to-door convenience for its passengers.
