ASKY, Jambojet launch familiarisation trip to boost Kenyan Tourism
ASKY, in collaboration with Jambojet, has announced a significant initiative aimed at promoting tourism in Kenya.
The airlines have organised a familiarisation trip from June 4 to June 11, 2024, for key tour operators and top-selling agents within ASKY’s network.
In a statement, the airline said this effort is part of its broader strategy to position Kenya as a premier tourist destination and enhance the overall travel experience for its passengers.
The selected participants will explore Kenya’s diverse attractions, ranging from the iconic savannahs and pristine beaches of Mombasa to the dynamic urban life of Nairobi.
Jambojet, ASKY’s partner in Kenya, will facilitate the trip, ensuring seamless travel experiences within the country.
Accommodation during the trip will include stays at premier partner hotels, such as the EKA Hotel, known for its exceptional hospitality and comfort.
The airline disclosed that this initiative will provide participants with firsthand experience of Kenya’s tourism offerings, enabling them to better market the destination in their respective regions.
ASKY currently operates three weekly flights from its hub in Lomé, connecting Nairobi to 26 destinations across West, Central, and Southern Africa.
This extensive network offers convenient travel options for tourists heading to Kenya.
The collaboration also involves partners like SATGURU Travels, contributing to the initiative’s success.
ASKY and its partners aim to create greater awareness and drive tourism growth to Kenya, leveraging their combined services and networks.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners involved in this journey. Your support and collaboration are invaluable to the success of this initiative and to the broader goal of enhancing tourism in Kenya,” ASKY stated.
