Cabo Verde partners NAHCO for ground operations
The national airline of Cape Verde, Cabo Verde Airlines, has granted contractual rights to the Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) to handle its ground operations in Nigeria.
The airline, which flies four times into Lagos Airport every week, has joined the list of other African airlines that have a partnership with nahco aviance for seamless ground handling operations.
A statement from the NAHCO spokesperson, Mr. Tayo Ajakaye, confirms the partnership, assuring that the airline “will experience unparalleled professional services.”
The Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of NAHCO, Mrs. Olatokunbo Fagbemi, was quoted to have expressed delight with the new business partnership with the airline, counting on the company’s operational integrity to sustain the relationship.
According to her, “We are doing everything right to please our customers who continue to rely on us to excel. Our unmatched investment in human capacity development continues to be the key to our soaring profile.”
Fagbemi added that her team of dedicated and well-motivated staff will continue to go the extra mile to support the Company’s business partners.
With this partnership, NAHCO has extended its chain of partners to include Kenya Airways, RwandAir, Egypt Air, Ethiopia Airlines, ASKY, Air Peace, Royal Air Maroc, and Cronos, among others..
NAHCO is known for a number of services at more than ten airports across Nigeria.
These include Aircraft Handling, Cargo Handling, Passenger Handling, Crew Transportation, Passenger Profiling, Training and Fueling Services.
The Company has received various certifications that confirm the integrity of its service.
One such certifications is IATA’s Safety Audit of Ground Operations (ISAGO) which is an internationally recognized system for assessing the operational management and control systems of an organization that provides ground handling services for airlines.
