Cardi B confirms split from Offset amidst relationship rumours

Cardi B, the American rapper with a massive Instagram following of 169 million, recently disclosed her relationship status during a live session on the platform. 

Contrary to previous public knowledge, she revealed that she has been single for some time and expressed the difficulty she faced in deciding how to share this information.

The revelation coincided with accusations made by rapper Blueface, who claimed that Offset, Cardi B’s spouse, had been involved with Chrisean Rock, Blueface’s baby mama. 

Offset promptly denied these allegations, asserting that he had never engaged with Blueface’s baby mother in any way.

During the Instagram Live session, Cardi B addressed the rumors, stating her skepticism about Blueface’s claims and emphasising that she had been single for a considerable duration. 

She admitted feeling unsure about how to make this announcement but saw the recent events as a sign to share her relationship status.

In Cardi B’s words, “I don’t think it (Blueface’s allegations against Offset) is true. I don’t care to find out because I’ve been single for a minute now… But it (our marriage) has been like this for a minute now. I just wanna start 2024 like fresh. I don’t know but I’m curious for a new life; a new beginning.”
