Ethiopian Airlines Resumes Passenger Flights to Monrovia, Liberia, Strengthening West African Connectivity
Ethiopian Airlines, the largest airline in Africa, has announced the resumption of its passenger services to Monrovia, Liberia, marking another significant milestone in the airline’s mission to enhance connections across the African continent.
Starting from 30 November 2024, Ethiopian Airlines will operate three weekly flights to Liberia’s capital, restoring a vital air link that is expected to boost the region’s economic development.
The reintroduction of these flights reaffirms Ethiopian Airlines’ strategic focus on expanding within Africa, where it has played a pivotal role in facilitating trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges.
The resumption of services to Monrovia comes as part of the airline’s continued effort to support Liberia’s socio-economic progress and provide travellers with efficient access to the rest of the world via its vast global network.
Flight ET933 will depart from Addis Ababa every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:30 AM, arriving in Monrovia at 01:50 PM.
Return flight ET932 will leave Monrovia every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 10:20 AM, arriving in Addis Ababa by 08:40 PM.
This schedule has been thoughtfully designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, offering seamless connectivity to Ethiopian Airlines’ extensive international routes.
The airline will deploy its state-of-the-art aircraft on the Monrovia route, ensuring passengers enjoy top-tier services and a comfortable flying experience.
