The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC (NAHCO) has secured a renewed contract to provide Passenger and Cargo Ground Handling services for Emirates Airlines at Lagos Airport, marking the resumption of Emirates’ flights to Nigeria. 

This agreement reaffirms NAHCO’s commitment to delivering top-tier aviation services and strengthens its position as a critical partner in Nigeria’s aviation sector.

Emirates Airlines had previously suspended flights to Nigeria, but its return has been met with enthusiasm by NAHCO, whose successful bid highlights its expertise and reliability in aviation ground handling. 

The contract extension underscores the mutual trust and longstanding relationship between the two entities, which continues to flourish.

Dr. Seinde Fadeni, Chairman of NAHCO, expressed his delight over the renewed partnership, stating, “We are honoured to welcome Emirates Airlines back to Nigeria and to continue our long-standing relationship with this important airline. 

“Securing this renewal is a testament to NAHCO’s consistent quality of service and the trust our partners place in us. We look forward to further strengthening valued partnerships and continuing to set the standard for ground handling in Nigeria.”

Prince Saheed Lasisi, Group Executive Director for Commercial & Business Development at NAHCO, emphasised the hard work that went into securing the renewal.
