NAMA ensures smooth flight operations amid ongoing NLC strike
The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has assured the public and airline operators that its operations remain unaffected by the ongoing strike by the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC).
According to a statement by Abdulahi Musa, Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, NAMA has implemented contingency plans to maintain flight operations at Nigeria’s five major airports: Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, Abuja, and Enugu.
The agency said despite the strike, it has continued to provide uninterrupted air navigation services, fulfilling its mandate to ensure safe, efficient, and economic air travel within the country.
The agency emphasised its commitment to sustaining its services to airline operators, ensuring there is no disruption.
