Norse Atlantic Airways partners with Air Peace for ACMI charter service, bridging London and Lagos
Norse Atlantic Airways, a leading provider of affordable long-haul flights, has announced a groundbreaking collaboration with Air Peace, West and Central Africa’s foremost airline, to introduce an ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) charter service connecting London and Lagos, Nigeria.
The agreement, unveiled by Norse Atlantic Airways CEO and Founder, Bjørn Tore Larsen, and Air Peace’s Chairman/CEO, Allen Onyema, signals the initiation of a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing air travel connectivity between Europe and Africa.
Commencing operations in April 2024, the ACMI charter will operate four times a week, providing passengers with convenient and reliable transportation options between these pivotal destinations.
Norse Atlantic Airways will utilize slots at London Gatwick allocated by Air Peace to facilitate the launch of this new route, leveraging its expertise in charter operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience for both Air Peace and Norse Atlantic Airways customers.
Commenting on the partnership, Bjørn Tore Larsen expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to be working with Air Peace to launch this ACMI charter service between London Gatwick and Lagos.
