Zela Aviation, a globally renowned aviation broker specialising in wet and dry leasing, chartering, and aircraft sales, has successfully facilitated an Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance (ACMI) partnership between Nigeria’s Air Peace and Slovakia’s Air Explore.

The landmark agreement, aimed at strengthening Air Peace’s operational capacity, was finalised at Air Peace’s headquarters in Lagos.

The high-profile meeting saw the participation of key stakeholders, including Allen Onyema, Chairman of Air Peace; Andreas Christodoulides, Chairman of Zela Aviation; and Martin Stulajter, Chief Executive Officer of Air Explore.

This partnership will involve the lease of four aircraft from Air Explore to Air Peace during the upcoming winter season, enhancing the Nigerian airline’s fleet capabilities and service delivery.
