United Nigeria Airlines to Resume Flights to Warri from 25 August

United Nigeria Airlines has announced its return to Warri, Delta State, with scheduled flights from Lagos and Abuja to Osubi Airport beginning on Monday, 25 August 2025.
The airline described the move as part of its wider commitment to strengthening air connectivity within Nigeria, ensuring reliable service, and offering passengers safe and customer-focused travel options.
“Warri is a key destination for us, and we are excited to return with the dependable service our passengers trust,” said Mazi Osita Okonkwo, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of United Nigeria Airlines.
The resumption of services to Warri is expected to boost both business and leisure travel in the oil-rich city, offering greater convenience to travellers who have long awaited the reinstatement of the route.
United Nigeria Airlines also revealed further expansion plans designed to enhance its network. From 17 October 2025, the carrier will launch direct flights from Lagos and Abuja to Ilorin, begin services connecting Abuja to Sokoto, and open international flights linking Lagos and Abuja to Accra, Ghana.
According to the airline, additional destinations will be announced in the coming months as part of its growth strategy.
