Emirates Rolls Out Summer Travel Offers, Complimentary Luxury Hotel Stays for Dubai-Bound Passengers

Dubai-based airline Emirates has unveiled a range of exclusive summer travel incentives aimed at attracting more visitors to Dubai, offering complimentary luxury hotel stays, extensive discounts across the city, and customised travel itineraries for passengers travelling to or through the emirate during the peak holiday season.

The airline announced that travellers booking return tickets to Dubai or making stopovers in the city can take advantage of a complimentary stay at the prestigious JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, alongside access to hundreds of discounts through its popular My Emirates Pass programme.

The initiative, launched on 22 June, is designed to encourage travellers to extend their stopovers and experience the diverse attractions Dubai has to offer, from world-renowned landmarks and shopping destinations to cultural experiences, museums, entertainment parks and family-friendly activities.

Speaking on the promotion, Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, said Dubai remains an ideal destination for summer holidays, offering a unique blend of relaxation, adventure and entertainment.

According to him, the airline is inviting passengers to enjoy more of the city through complimentary hotel accommodation, whether they are stopping over in Dubai as part of a longer journey or choosing the city as their final destination.

“Whether visitors are seeking relaxation, adventure, entertainment or a combination of all three, Dubai is the ideal start to any summer vacation. We’re inviting passengers to enjoy even more of the city with a complimentary hotel stay to take advantage of the exceptional range of shopping, entertainment, dining and family-friendly experiences that define the Dubai summer experience,” Kazim said.

Under the offer, passengers purchasing Emirates return tickets between 22 June and 12 July will qualify for complimentary accommodation at the luxury five-star JW Marriott Marquis.

Customers travelling in First Class or Business Class will receive a two-night complimentary stay, while passengers flying in Premium Economy or Economy Class will enjoy a free one-night stay.

The offer applies to travellers whose journeys include a stay in Dubai exceeding 24 hours and is valid for travel between 25 June and 30 September 2026.

Located in the heart of Dubai, the JW Marriott Marquis is one of the city’s most recognised luxury hotels, offering guests access to award-winning restaurants, wellness facilities, a spa, fitness centres and outdoor recreational amenities overlooking the city’s skyline.

To further enhance the travel experience, Emirates is encouraging passengers to utilise its Dubai Experience platform, which enables visitors to create personalised itineraries tailored to the duration and style of their stay.

The platform features specially curated 24-hour and 48-hour guides designed to help travellers maximise their time in the city.

In addition, the airline has relaunched its My Emirates Pass programme for Summer 2026. The initiative provides passengers with access to more than 600 offers and discounts at participating restaurants, spas, retail outlets and leisure attractions across Dubai simply by presenting their Emirates boarding pass and valid identification.

The campaign coincides with the return of the annual Dubai Summer Surprises festival, which runs from 2 July to 30 August. Organisers have promised one of the largest editions yet, featuring concerts, cultural showcases, wellness activities, family entertainment and extensive retail promotions across the city.

Emirates noted that Dubai continues to rank among the world’s most visited destinations, offering visitors a safe, welcoming environment and a wide variety of attractions suitable for all ages and interests.

For Nigerian travellers, the airline currently operates a daily service between Lagos and Dubai, providing onward connections to more than 138 destinations across its global network.

The carrier also highlighted its flexible booking policy, which allows customers purchasing tickets after 2 April 2026 to benefit from one complimentary date change across all cabin classes.

Emirates said travellers can also utilise its Hold My Fare option to secure ticket prices while finalising other aspects of their holiday plans.

The latest promotional campaign underscores Emirates’ continued efforts to boost tourism to Dubai while providing added value and convenience for international travellers during the busy summer travel season.
